Role: Student Staff Commercial Host 2026/2027

Responsible to: Senior Operations Manager (Enterprise), Senior Operations Coordinator (Enterprise & Business Development), Senior Commercial Hosts

Hours: casual, zero hour contract, term-time only

Salary: Grade S1 - £13.45 per hour

Keele University Students' Union (Keele SU) is an independent charity dedicated to the interests and welfare of all students at Keele University.

We represent and support over 15,000 students, delivering a wide range of services that enhance every aspect of university life, from academic representation and advice to sports clubs, over 100+ student societies, volunteering opportunities.

We also operate a variety of services to ensure we have a vibrant campus offer, including a nightclub, on-campus bars, food outlets and a Co-op franchise.

Role Summary:

Work as part of a team within the Keele SU Commercial outlets providing excellent customer service preparing and serving customers food and beverage products in line with service standards and procedures whilst maintaining a clean, tidy and safe environment.
