Student Staff - Co-op Store Customer Team Member 2025-2026

Role: Co-op Customer Team Member 

Responsible to: Customer Team Leaders, Deputy Co-op Store Manager, Co-op Manager

Hours: Term-time only, casual

Salary: Grade S2, £12.31 per hour

We are currently looking for enthusiastic, hard working, reliable Student Co-op Customer Team Members to join our Co-op student staff team.

Role Summary:

Working in a fast-paced retail environment, providing a friendly and professional service to all customers to the Co-op store, ensuring all displays are fully stocked, merchandised and the shop is clean and tidy at all times.

The role holder will also be responsible for serving customers at the till, responding to customer requests and enquiries and ensuring the shop provides an excellent customer experience at all times.

Working with hand held electronic devices to follow and complete daily tasks, reductions and waste routines to make sure we adhere to the store standards that are required.
