Duty Manager - Term-time Only
Responsible to: Deputy Central Services Manager, Venues Manager
Hours: Thursday, Friday, Saturday evenings / nights, 40 hours per week (flexible hours, does include night work), 33 weeks per year
Length of service: Permanent

Salary: Grade 5A - £23,246 per annum (pro rata), £11.92 per hour

Keele SU are looking for a Central Services Duty Manager to join our friendly team to:
Support the effective management of Keele SU’s Central Services and Venues provision, including venue security, transport, bars, entertainments and technical requirements, involving staff supervision, maintaining high standards of hygiene, quality and customer service & satisfaction, working closely with the Central Services team, Venues team and External Security contractors. Ensuring a high profile and reputation of the Union and University are maintained. To act as Duty Manager for the premises, assisting the Venues team in the safe delivery of events including technical set up and execution.
