Membership Services Coordinator (Societies & Engagement Lead)

Hours: 37.5 hours per week, 52 weeks a year

Length of contract: Permanent

Salary: Grade 4A - £21,587 per annum, £11.07 per hour

Responsible to: Membership Services Manager (Student Voice & Activities), Deputy CEO - Membership

What’s the role?

As a member of the Membership Services team, you will be responsible for delivering day to day student facing membership services. You will take a lead on taking a lead on coordinating specific projects and benefit from the support of fellow coordinators to deliver engaging, meaningful, measurable student activities. The post holder will support other Membership Services Coordinators in their roles, supporting projects on which they are taking a lead. The post holder will support the development of members and volunteer leaders, through the delivery of training, ongoing support and reward opportunities which enhances members' employability skills and the overall student experience. The post holder will support the delivery of initiatives to meet current and future student needs and the engagement of hard to reach and underrepresented groups.
