Responsible to: Venues Manager, Venue Operation Supervisors (VOS)

Hours: Term-time only, casual

Salary: Grade S1 £8.60 (18-20 yrs), £11.44 (21+ yrs)

Role Summary:

To provide excellent customer service and ensuring the safety of customers whilst assisting and serving customers. Consistently working in line with the Licensing Act 2003 maintaining a clean and safe environment.
